                            New York City to have curfew amid protests over George Floyd death(1/7)

                            New York City will be under a curfew on Monday night to curb violent protests following the death of black man George Floyd, according to a joint statement by Mayor Bill de Blasio and New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo on Monday. The curfew will run from 11 p.m. Monday (0300 GMT on Tuesday) to 5 a.m. Tuesday (0900 GMT), according to the statement.
